Today was move-in day for freshmen at Clark University! We were the first time slot and had to be there at 8am. Groups of kids met us at the car with laundry bins and loaded everything up, pushed them to the dorm and unloaded them in the rooms. We hardly had to lift a thing. It didn't take very long to unpack and set up, so we did a little exploring. We had been in the library a few times, but never found the books. We went in, went to the second floor and still didn't see any books. A librarian overheard me tell Ethan "there must be more books somewhere" as he walked by, and he stopped to give us a detailed account of how many there are and how to find them- we had to go up to the next level to enter the stacks. We also found the study rooms that students can reserve and some larger study spaces. They kicked us out around 5pm so they could start all of the orientation activities. Classes start on Monday!
