When Ethan started Cub Scouts, there were so many kids in his grade that there were two groups. By the time he finished, they were down to four. They got together to make centerpieces for the table for the Blue & Gold Dinner (where everyone moves up from one level to the next). At the dinner, they officially finished the Webelos.
