After a very busy weekend, we are trying to slow down a little anyway. Ethan had two Halloween events on Saturday- a parade at a parent/teacher store and pumpkin painting after, and a trick-or-treat event at a local high school where Ethan won the prize for best costume- a gift certificate to a toy store. (We need more toys you know!) but it was a really nice surprise. He had a birthday party in between those two things, and on Sunday he went to his cousins' party in MA. I stayed behind to clean up the house and try to get some of his toys organized from his birthday- yep, that long since I've had the house to myself. Today we did some shopping, actually went out to lunch, had a lovely time, and then this afternoon crafting, relaxing, and planting some flowers.
